The Croatian Karate Union has launched a mini podcast titled “Off Tatami.”
“Off Tatami” is a series of interviews with Croatian karate representatives, providing exclusive insights into the preparation, challenges faced by athletes, and the motivation driving them, ahead of the European Senior Karate and Para-Karate Championships taking place from 8 to 12 May at the Krešimir Ćosić Sports Hall (Višnjik Sports Center) in Zadar.
The first guest of the podcast is the young Rijeka native, Ema Sgardelli, the current European bronze medallist in the -50 kg category among U21 athletes.
