As part of the preparations for the European Senior Karate and Para-Karate Championships, which will take place from 8 to 12 May in Zadar, an inspection visit was held by representatives of the European Karate Federation (EKF), who expressed their utmost satisfaction with the organisation so far.
They particularly praised the work of the Croatian Karate Union, which has demonstrated exceptional expertise and experience in leading the Organising Committee. The Croatian Karate Union has already proven its top-notch organisation three years ago at the European Championships in Poreč, so it is not surprising that EKF representatives are impressed with the work and dedication shown so far.
The Krešimir Ćosić Sports Hall, which will host this prestigious event, provides excellent conditions for karate, as emphasised by Sergio Aguilera, a representative of the European Karate Federation’s Media Department. The satisfaction with the hosting was also echoed by the Mayor of Zadar, Branko Dukić, as well as the President of the Croatian Karate Federation, the Secretary General of the European Karate Federation, and the Assistant Secretary General of the World Karate Federation, Davor Cipek.
